How To Use

1. Shake oil pulling before use. Pour or sip less than 1 teaspoon of oil into the mouth. The dropper is removable for easier use. Swish 5-10 min. Discard into trash can. Do not swallow!

2. Floss your teeth to remove any plaque buildup between teeth.

3. Finish with brushing your teeth with a bamboo toothbrush and charcoal toothpaste in a circular motion at least twice per day, or as directed by a dentist.
