How do I track my order?

  • You will receive your tracking information via email once your order has shipped

Can I change or cancel my order?

  • You can cancel your order by emailing hello@ethosmaterials.com with the subject line: CANCEL ORDER.
  • You will need to include the order number in the email as well.
  • You may only cancel orders that have not yet shipped.

When will my order ship?

  • Most items typically ship within 1-2 business days.

How will my order arrive if I purchased items from multiple brands?

  • Great to hear you found a few brands that you like! When you buy from multiple brands, your products will arrive in separate boxes (you will also receive separate tracking numbers for each package).

    What is your return & exchange policy?

    At Ethos, our main goal is customer satisfaction. That starts by making sure you’re happy with your order, and—if for any reason you’re not—making it easy to return for a full refund or exchange it for something else. 

     To be eligible for a return, products must be in 

    • In brand new, unworn and/or unused condition
    • Item(s) must not have been used, opened, worn, altered, washed, or damaged or they will not qualify
    • Item(s) must include original packaging and tags

    When will I receive my refund / credit?

    Items mailed back to us are typically processed and refunded within 8-10 business days, but refund times may vary. Once your return is complete and refunded, you will receive an email confirmation.

    We always try to deliver your returns as quickly as possible to your original form of payment! Once we have received your package and approved for a refund, your refund/credit will typically be processed within a few days. Please note that your banking institution may require an additional 5-7 days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
